The Foundation for Worldwide International Student Exchange (WISE)
Staffed by former study abroad participants, WISE offers exciting and memorable study opportunities

Interested in a less-than-conventional study abroad experience? How about six weeks on a Midwestern farm or Pacific Northwest ranch? Building homes or preserving natural habitats with an American volunteer organization? A summer break working at an amusement park on the East Coast or a winter break as a ski instructor at a New Mexico resort?

The nonprofit organization Foundation For Worldwide International Student Exchange (WISE) provides international exchange opportunities to Asian, European, and South American student travelers in a number of unique programs, as well as traditional academic study and language programs. Based in Washington State, WISE is staffed by former study abroad participants who bring firsthand experience and knowledge to the field. Their goal is to provide you with an "international adventure that will be remembered for years to come."
